Solving static magnetic instability through hybrid tension geometry
Arranging custom N52 Neodymium blocks into a Planar Halbach array redirects nearly 100% of the magnetic repelling flux upward, generating over 1.5 Tesla of repulsive force.
By locking the seat with three Grade 5 Titanium-sleeved Dyneema tethers in a pyramidal arrangement, Earnshaw's Theorem is defeated, preventing any tipping or sliding.
A multi-layer Mu-Metal and 1018 soft steel flux mask inside the carbon fiber pan prevents strong magnetic fields from penetrating the seat, keeping gadgets and users 100% safe.
Total estimated manufacturing cost: $56,700 USD

Follow exact sequence to manage high magnetic forces safely
Insert the high-density Tungsten core into the 7075-T6 aluminum base plate shell. Press the bottom N52 Halbach Array into the center cavity using a brass non-magnetic hydraulic jig. Install flush titanium turnbuckles.
Bond the Mu-Metal and 1018 soft iron shielding plates inside the Torayca carbon fiber shell pan. Embed the upper N52 Halbach array directly beneath the shielding layer using structural aerospace epoxy.
Layer the dual-density latex memory foam into the interior seat contour. Wrap and stitch the Aniline leather trim over the carbon rim flanges for a seamless aesthetic.
Attach titanium-mesh Dyneema tethers to the underside hardpoints of the chair. Position non-magnetic wooden spacer blocks (4.0 inches tall) between the chair and base to lock the position against magnetic repulsion.
Connect tethers to the titanium turnbuckles. Tighten each turnbuckle equally using a digital torque wrench until all three cables reach target tension. Carefully remove spacer blocks to float the chair in locked equilibrium.
